Terms of payment & delivery

With us you can easily and safely choose from the following payment options:

After completing the payment, you will receive an order confirmation directly and within one working day the order confirmation with the shipping details. The delivery is usually carried out with the parcel service DPD. The indication of your telephone number is optional and serves the parcel service provider exclusively for further inquiries in case the indicated delivery address cannot be found.

Cancellation instruction for consumers

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period. Consequences of revocation If you revoke this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract.
